There is a risk of serious burn injuries or death if the adapter catches fire. Incidents have occurred. The AC Adaptor (230v 35w 18.5v 0.65A) supplied with the following Yamaha professional audio mixers: MG10, MG10X, MG10XU, MG10XUF, or MG12XUK, can develop a crack which can expose the live electrical contacts inside. There is a risk of electric shock, serious injury or death if internal electrical contacts are exposed. Consumers should stop using the adaptor immediately and disconnect the plug from the power outlet and the audio mixer.
