What consumers should do

1. Stop using the adapter immediately and disconnect it from both the power outlet and the product.
2. Register the affected adapter via the online portal below.
3. Yamaha will provide a free replacement for the adapter.

The PA-300C adapter for these products is built-in and can only be accessed by a trained and authorised Yamaha service agent.

Customers will receive additional instruction regarding replacement of the AC adapter, after registration.

Yamaha would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
