The Promotion is open to eligible customers who purchase any product listed in the "Eligible Item" column of the following table from an authorised YMA dealer within the Promotion Period:

The promotion is only available for purchases of eligible products made within Australia from authorised YMA dealers. Bonus Items can only be shipped to addresses within Australia.

The Eligible Product must be:

during the Promotion Period and prior to the customer submitting a claim to YMA.

b. Eligible customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period and who otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, are eligible to receive the bonus item listed next to the Eligible Product in the above table (“Bonus Item”).
Only one Bonus Item may be claimed per Eligible Product purchased. Each Eligible Product serial number may be used for one claim only.

Employees, officers and contractors of YMA, participating authorised YMA dealers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

To redeem the Bonus Item, you must:

YMA may request further information to verify a claim, including proof of purchase, proof of payment, dealer details and product serial number. YMA may reject a claim that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted late or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

The Bonus Item is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

Delivery of the Bonus Item will be by ordinary prepaid post and may take up to 90 days from the date of acceptance of a valid Claim Redemption Form.

YMA may determine the validity of any claim made in the Promotion by reference to these Terms and Conditions and the information provided with the Claim Redemption Form.

Eligible customers will be notified via their nominated email address that their claim has been accepted by YMA.

If a customer who has received a Bonus Item returns the corresponding Eligible Product, the customer must return the Bonus Item to YMA within 30 days.

If a customer returns an Eligible Product after a Claim Redemption Form has been submitted, the customer must notify YMA that the Eligible Product has been returned and the customer’s right to receive the Bonus Item will be immediately forfeited.

The price of any Eligible Product is at the discretion of the participating authorised YMA dealer.
