The reface series has been selected out of more than 5,000 submissions from 60 countries to receive a red dot Award: Product Design 2016.
red dot is an international design competition held by Germany's Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen. In the product design category, the oldest in the awards, entries are judged on nine adjudication criteria, including degree of innovation, functionality, and self-explanatory quality. Award winning products are displayed in red dot Design Museums.
