Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 9am AEST Saturday 1st March 2020 and closes at 11pm AEST on Thursday 31st December 2020 ("promotion period").
4. To enter, participants must: (1) Sign up to a Yamaha Keyboard Club event on au.yamaha.com (2) Answer the question “In 25 words or less, outline your favourite feature on your Yamaha keyboard.” (3) Attend the chosen Yamaha Keyboard Club event
5. Entries open to Australian residents only.
6. Responses must be received by the promoter during the promotion period. Only one entry per person per month is permitted. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant and any automated entries will be invalid.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not submitted in accordance with these conditions of entry.
8. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The prizes are 20 x Yamaha Club Magazine 6-month subscription valued at $44.00 RRP. Two winners will be chosen each month during the promotional period.
10. This selection process will be conducted by the promoter at 80 Market St, South Melbourne 3205 VIC within the first five business days of each month, starting in April 2020.
11. The winners will be notified via email and asked to provide their details via return email. The Prize will be emailed to the winner’s nominated address.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with participation in this competition or accepting or utilising a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
14. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it at a later date.
15. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
16. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
17. This Promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
18. The Promoter is Yamaha Music Australia (ABN 84 004 259 527) of 80 Market Street, South Melbourne, Melbourne VIC 3205.
