Piano Cashback Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

• The Yamaha Piano Cash Back Sale (Promotion) is conducted by the distributor, Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd (YMA). Participation in the Promotion deems you have accepted the T&C's. The Promotion is not valid with any other offer.
• The Promotion Redemption Period (Redemption Period) is valid from 9 am 13 May to 5pm 30 June 2024
• For your claim to be eligible, Claimants must:
  • Purchase a new piano listed in the Cashback Details table from an authorised Yamaha Music Australia dealer during the Redemption Period
  • Submit an eligible Claim Redemption Form, which YMA must receive by 5pm July 31 2024
  • Ensure your eligible piano purchase is paid in full
  • Ensure the piano is in stock and available during the Redemption Period
  • Not be an employee of the Authorised Music Australia Dealer
  • Comply with the T&Cs
• Claimants must complete the Claim Redemption Form and provide proof of purchase verifying their purchase including:
  • model number
  • proof of serial number
• YMA accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected claims.
• Cashback amounts will correspond with the product purchased as indicated in Cashback Details table.
• Cashback payments will be issued in Australian Dollars by EFT and are inclusive of GST to the Eligible Claimant's nominated Australian Bank Account. Payments will be made within 60 days of receiving an eligible redemption form.
• YMA reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim. YMA's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Eligible Claimants will be notified via their nominated email address that their claim is deemed valid.
• If a Claimant returns their Participating Product for a refund or exchange, the claim is no longer deemed eligible to participate in the promotion and the Claimant must return the cash received to YMA within 30 days.
• The final sale price of any Yamaha Acoustic Piano is at the discretion of the participating authorised Yamaha Music Australia dealer.
• One cashback claim is available per unit purchased (e.g. purchase 1 x YUS5 Upright Acoustic Piano and receive $1000 cash back).
• Any personal information received is governed under Yamaha Music Australia's privacy policy
• Nothing in the T&Cs is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. If the CCA or any other legislation implies a condition, warranty or term into the T&Cs or provides statutory guarantees in connection with these T&Cs, in respect of goods and services supplied (if any), the YMA's liability for breach of such a condition, warranty, other term or guarantee is limited to the extent it is able to do so.

Definitions

• “Proof of Purchase” means an original tax invoice clearly confirming a Purchase. The Proof of Purchase must clearly specify:
  • The Participating Product that was purchased.
  • The price paid for the Participating Product.
  • The Participating Retail Store in which the Participating Product was purchased.
  • The date that the Participating Product was purchased during the Yamaha Piano Cash Back Sale period and prior to the claim being made.
  • “Proof of Model Number” means proof of the model number of a Participating Product by Yamaha.”
  • “Proof of Serial Number” means proof of the serial number of the Product purchased.
• “Purchase” means making full and final payment for a Participating Product to the Authorised Yamaha Music Australia Dealer during the Yamaha Piano Cash Back Sale period.
