WIN A YAMAHA BLUETOOTH SPEAKER - COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

You can enter the competition to “Win a Yamaha Bluetooth Speaker” by completing the sign up and answering the question: “In 25 Words or Less What is Your Favourite Japanese Film and Why?”

The giveaway can only be entered by form via the QR code on the Yamaha Music Australia Flyer distributed at the Japanese Film Festival Australia 2024.

1. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The “Win a Yamaha Bluetooth Speaker” promotion is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in Australia and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Yamaha Music Australia and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible to enter and win. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Official Rules as stated herein.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD. The promotion will be held over the period of the Japanese Film Festival Australia. Tuesday, 24 Sept 2024 from 9AM – Tuesday, 15 Oct 2024 11:59PM AEST.
3. ENTRY. During the promotion period, entrants are required to complete the sign-up form and fill out the question through the QR code provided on the Yamaha Music Flyer distributed at the Japanese Film Festival and agree to the terms and conditions. To be eligible for the prize entries must be received by the end of the Japanese Film Festival Tuesday, 15 Oct 2024 11:59PM AEST.
4. ODDS. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. There will be 1 winner in each city during this period. The winners will be chosen on Wednesday 15 Oct 2024. The winner will be notified by email by Yamaha Music Australia shortly after the winner has been chosen. The winner will be asked to provide a delivery address for the prize to be sent. Winners agree to allow Yamaha Music Australia to use Winner's name (whether in print publication, online, or other means of communication), without compensation, to notify the public of their winnings.
6. PRIZES AND THEIR VALUE. The prizes drawn are WSB-1A Bluetooth Speaker (RRP$149.00). Instructions to redeem the prize will be emailed to the winner. Yamaha Music Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prize-winner. The prize are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.
7. PROMOTER. The promoter is Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd ABN 84 004 259 527 of L1, 80 Market St, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. All personal details of the entrants will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement which can be accessed by visiting our privacy policy page.
8. 2024 Japanese Film Festival Australia. The 2024 Japanese Film Festival Australia have no association or jurisdiction over the competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with 2024 Japanese Film Festival. Participants are providing information to Yamaha Music Australia and not to 2024 Japanese Film Festival.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Submission of entry in the competition deems acceptance of the Terms. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence regarding winners will be entered into.
