2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championship Instant Photo Giveaway Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.
The “2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships Photo Giveaway” event is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in Australia and are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Yamaha Music Australia and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible to participate. By participating in this event, entrants agree to these Official Rules as stated herein.

EVENT PERIOD.
The event will be held over a 3-day period from March 29th, 2024, at 9:00am ACDT and ends on March 31st, 2024, at 5:00pm ACDT.

ENTRY
During the event period, participants are required to complete the sign-up form on the Yamaha Music Australia website and agree to the terms and conditions. Entries must be received by Yamaha Music Australia no later than March 31st, 2024, at 4:59pm ACDT.

GIVEAWAY
All participants in the event will be eligible to have taken and receive a physical copy of a commemorative instant photo. Participants agree to allow Yamaha Music Australia to use photos taken (whether in print publication, online, or other means of communication), without compensation.

PROMOTER
The promoter is Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd ABN 84 004 259 527 of L1, 80 Market St, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. All personal details of the entrants will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement which can be accessed by visiting our privacy policy page.
