2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championship Accessory Givaway Terms & Conditions

Go into the running to win wireless earbuds or a Bluetooth speaker, and pick up a free brass, woodwind, or percussion accessory by visiting the trade displays at the 2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships.

The giveaway can only be entered by scanning the QR code at participating trade displays at the 2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships in Adelaide and completing the giveaway entry form.

1. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
   The “2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships Accessory Giveaway” promotion is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in Australia and are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Yamaha Music Australia and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible to enter and win. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Official Rules as stated herein.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD.
   The promotion will be held over a 4-day period from March 29th, 2024 at 9:00 am ACDT and ends on April 1st, 2024 at 5:00 pm ACDT, or until stock runs out.

3. ENTRY.
   During the promotion period, entrants are required to complete the sign up form at participating trade displays and agree to the terms and conditions. Entries must be received by Yamaha Music Australia no later than April 10th, 2024 at 05:00 pm ACDT.

4. ODDS.
   The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
   There will be 6 winners in this period, 2 drawn each day. The winners will be drawn at 4:45pm ACDT Friday 29th March, 2024, 4:45pm ACDT Saturday 30th March, 2024, 4:45pm ACDT Sunday 31st March, 2024, the winner will be notified by text by 5pm the same day. If the prize is unclaimed by 12pm the following day, the prize will be re-drawn at this time and the new winner notified by texted and posted on this site by 5pm the following day. Winners agree to allow Yamaha Music Australia to use Winner's name (whether in print publication, online, or other means of communication), without compensation, to notify the public of their winnings.

6. PRIZES AND THEIR VALUE.
   The prizes drawn are TW-E3C True Wireless Earbuds (RRP$129.00), WS-B1A Bluetooth Speaker (RRP$149.00). Instructions to redeem the prize will be text messaged (SMS) to the winner. Yamaha Music Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prize-winner. The prize are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.

7. PROMOTIONAL GIFTS AND THEIR VALUE.
   The promotion gifts are a choice of ONE (1) of the following products: Valve Oil Super Light 60ml (RRP$19.95), Valve Oil Light 60ml (RRP$19.95), Valve Oil Regular 60ml (RRP$19.95), Valve Oil Vintage 60ml (RRP$19.95), Rotor Oil 40ml (RRP$21.95), Rotor Spindle Oil 20ml (RRP$19.95), Trombone Slide Lubricant 30ml (RRP$19.95), Cleaning Paper(RRP$9.95), Powder Paper(RRP$14.95), Cork Grease Stick 5g (RRP$9.95), or Drum Key (RRP$7.99). To redeem the promotional gift, show the submitted form to a Yamaha staff member at the participating trade display. Yamaha Music Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prize-winner. 8. PROMOTER.
   The promoter is Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd ABN 84 004 259 527 of L1, 80 Market St, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. 9. 2024 YAMAHA NATIONAL BAND CHAMPIONSHIPS.
   The 2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships, Band Association of SA Inc., and The National Band Council of Australia have no association or jurisdiction over the competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with 2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships, Band Association of SA Inc., and The National Band Council of Australia. Participants are providing information to Yamaha Music Australia and not to 2024 Yamaha Australian National Band Championships, Band Association of SA Inc., and The National Band Council of Australia.

10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. Submission of entry in the competition deems acceptance of the Terms. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence regarding winners will be entered into.
