2024 Integrate Yamaha CS-800 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

The “2024 Integrate CS-800 Giveaway” promotion is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in Australia and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Yamaha Music Australia and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible to enter and win. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Official Rules as stated herein.

PROMOTION PERIOD.

The promotion will be held over a 3-day period from August 21st, 2024, at 9:00 am AEST and ends on August 23rd, 2024 at 5:00 pm AEST.

ENTRY.

During the promotion period, entrants are required to complete the sign-up form at the Yamaha trade display and agree to the terms and conditions. To be eligible for the daily prize entries must be received each day by Yamaha Music Australia no later than 2:59 pm AEST during the period of Integrate.

ODDS.

The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

1. There will be 9 winners in this period, 3 drawn each day at the Yamaha stand. The winners will be drawn at 3:00pm AEST Wednesday 21st August, 2024, 3:00pm AEST Thursday 22nd August, 2024, 3:00pm AEST Friday 23rd August, 2024.
2. Prizes can only be collected from the Yamaha stand at the time winners are announced.
3. Winners must present a valid form of I.D. upon accepting their prize.
4. If a winner is not present at the stand when then prizes are drawn, the prize will be forfeited, and a new name will be drawn.
5. Winners agree to allow Yamaha Music Australia to use Winner's name (whether in print publication, online, or other means of communication), without compensation, to notify the public of their winnings.

PRIZES AND THEIR VALUE.

The prizes drawn are CS-800 Video Sound Bar (RRP$699.99). Instructions to redeem the prize will be text messaged (SMS) to the winner. Yamaha Music Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prize-winner. The prize are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.

PROMOTER.

The promoter is Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd ABN 84 004 259 527 of L1, 80 Market St, South Melbourne, VIC 3205. All personal details of the entrants will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement which can be accessed by visiting our privacy policy page.

2024 Integrate Expo.

The 2024 Integrate Expo have no association or jurisdiction over the competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with 2024 Integrate Expo. Participants are providing information to Yamaha Music Australia and not to 2024 Integrate Expo.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Submission of entry in the competition deems acceptance of the Terms. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence regarding winners will be entered into.
