Prof. Rob McWilliams will share his thoughts about processes for selecting a concert program that will be musically meaningful for players and audience. In addition to providing suggestions for finding great, level-appropriate repertoire for a specific performance, Rob will cover his process of developing an effective overall program for Yamaha Wind Orchestra, as well as the steps taken to prepare those pieces for the first rehearsal.
