Brass and Wind Registration and Extended Warranty

From January 2021, Yamaha Music Australia is offering the opportunity to extend the warranty on all Yamaha Brass and Woodwind Products. This will add an additional 2 years to the existing 3-year warranty, extending the warranty to 5 years from the purchase date.

How?

When purchasing a Yamaha Brass and Woodwind instrument from an official Yamaha Brass and Woodwind dealer, you will be provided an Extended Warranty card with a link to our Extended Warranty page which guides you to the creation of a Yamaha My Page account to register your product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
