International Piano e-Competition entries now open

International Piano E-competition

For the very first time young Australian pianists will be able to enter the 'International Piano e-Competition'.

The competition is open to anyone no older than 17 and involves submitting a recorded performance of a specified repetoire. From these entrants 60 finalists are selected to record live auditions on Yamaha Disklaviers in Canada, Russia, China, United States, Germany and this year, Australia (Sydney and Melbourne).

Five finalists are invited to perform with the Minnesota Orchestra and compete for over $20,000 in prizes. This innovative competition is only made possible with Yamaha’s Disklavier technology, with the live auditions reproduced faithfully to a panel of judges.
