Notification of Change in Representative Director of Yamaha Corporation

The Board of Directors of Yamaha Corporation, at its meeting held on April 30, 2013, decided on the following change in the representative director. This appointment will be finalized at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on June 26, 2013, following the 189th Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting.
