Andrew Swift

The well rounded warm tone of the FG5 is exactly what I look for in an acoustic guitar and the vintage aesthetic is just a cherry on top.

Andrew Swift made a big first impression on the country music world when he performed as a Toyota Starmaker grand finalist in 2017. Despite not taking home the title of Starmaker, Swift has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years with the release of his album 'Call Out For The Cavalry' debuting at #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Chart & singles taken from the album topping airplay charts including 'Runaway Train', 'Ball & Chain' & 'Fire & Ice' featuring Catherine Britt.

Swift is no stranger to the road, constantly touring Australia either solo or in support of some of Australia's finest and at festivals such as Groundwater, Gympie & C2C, he has also teamed up with Gretta Ziller to develop the alternative touring concept of the 'Caravan Park Country Music Showcase', which sees Swift & Ziller take their music & stories to holiday goers, as they make their way along the coast from Melbourne to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. After spending so much time on the road together it was only a matter of time before they collaborated. Penned by Ziller & released in September 2019, 'Second Hand' is the first single to see the pair come together on a recording.

Swifts hard work ethic & talent were recognised at the 2019 Golden Guitar Awards with Swift take home the Golden Guitar Awards for Qantas New Talent of the Year & for Alternative Country Album of the Year with 'Call Out For The Cavalry'.
