Yamaha Music Australia is the authorised distributor of EarthQuaker Devices. All of our devices are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for functional faults. Yamaha Music Australia will repair or replace any device that EarthQuaker Devices manufacture as long as EarthQuaker Devices are in business, and the necessary materials are available. In addition, warranty also includes wear-and-tear parts for two years from the date of purchase. Wear-and-tear parts include the enclosure, graphics, knobs, valves and hardware.

Devices that have been deliberately damaged or modified by anyone other than Yamaha Music Australia or EarthQuaker Devices are not covered under the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
