| Discount | 10% off the price of a MusicCast 20 when 1 x MusicCast 20 is purchased in 1 x transaction, or 20% off the price of MusicCast 20 speakers when 2 x (or more) MusicCast 20 speakers are purchased in 1 x transaction. |
The in-cart discount (“Offer”) is open exclusively to residents of the Applicable Country who purchase an Applicable Product/s using an Applicable Purchase Method (‘Eligible Persons’).
This Offer opens on the Opening Date and closes on the Closing Date. The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”.
To take advantage of this Offer, Eligible Persons must during the Promotional Period:
a) Add a Required Number of Applicable Products to their shopping cart through the Applicable Purchase Method; and
b) Complete and make full payment before the Closing Date
The Discount applies only to a Required Number of Applicable Products. If the total Applicable Products in a shopping cart is not a Required Number (1, or 2 or more) no discount shall be applied. Any products in the shopping cart which are not Applicable Products will be charged at full price.
No other discounts and/or promotions can be used in conjunction with this Offer. No cash alternatives will be offered.
Returns of any Applicable Products purchased using the Discount will be in accordance with the Yamaha’s Warranty Terms and Returns and Refunds Policy (http://au.yamaha.com/en/products/audio-visual/warranty/) and Terms of Use (http://au.yamaha.com/en/products/audio-visual/terms-of-use/), collectively the “Sale Terms”. Any products purchased using a Discount can only be returned if the returned product/s are in good, unused condition and in the original packaging with all included components and accessories. If you return a product purchased using a Discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or the intention of the Offer.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to complete the Applicable Purchase Method for Applicable product/s or to receive or redeem the Discount, as a result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter of cancel this Offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia and the contract between each Entrant and the Promoter shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in Australia.
