COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
You can gain entry into the competition to “Win an Ampeg Venture V3 Bass amp head and merch” by completing the sign up in the web form provided on the Yamaha Music Australia website. You can link to this form via link provided on the promotion posts on the Yamaha Music Australia Instagram and Facebook.
ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The “Win an Ampeg Venture V3 Bass amp head and merch” lottery is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in Australia and are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Yamaha Music Australia and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible to enter and win. By participating in this lottery, entrants agree to these Official Rules as stated herein.
LOTTERY PERIOD. The lottery which will be held over a 30-day period from January 10th, 2023, at 8:00 am AEDT and ends on February 9th, 2024, at 23:59 am AEDT.
ENTRY. During the lottery period, entrants are required to complete the sign-up form on the Yamaha Music Australia website and agree to the terms and conditions. Entries must be received by Yamaha Music Australia no later than February 9th, 2024, at 23:59 am AEST.
ODDS. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. There will be 3 winners in this period. 1 winner will receive Ampeg’s Venture V3 Bass amp head and 2 winners will receive one merch pack each. Winners will be drawn at 10:00am AEDT February 9th, 2024, the winners will be notified by email and their names posted on the Yamaha Music Australia Instagram page and Yamaha Music Australia’s Facebook page by 5pm the same day. If the prizes are unclaimed by 2:00pm AEDT February 14th, 2024, the prize will be re-drawn at this time and the new winners notified by email and posted on the Yamaha Music Australia Facebook page and Yamaha Music Australia’s Facebook page by 5pm the February 16th, 2024. Winners agree to allow Yamaha Music Australia to use winners’ names (whether in print publication, online, or other means of communication), without compensation, to notify the public of their winnings.
