Yamaha Joins Q-SYS Technology Partner Program
Yamaha is committed to providing ADECIA customers with even greater flexibility and connectivity. As part of the program, Yamaha has worked closely with Q-SYS, who has fully vetted and endorsed Yamaha’s ADECIA RM-CG Ceiling Array Microphone plugin integration with a Q-SYS Certified badge (developed with Q-SYS and supported by Yamaha and Q-SYS).
This new plugin leverages ADECIA RM-CG's multi-beam tracking commands for talker-based camera switching enabling meeting equity in various environments for companies, universities and government offices. The plugin allows users to configure and connect via IP address, view device information and status, control the devices settings such as tracking speed, automix settings per channel, mic gain, LED mode, and more.
Yamaha has now developed a new plug-in for RM-W Wireless microphones. It enables users to view the connection status, control mute functions, and check battery levels directly within Q-SYS Designer, making operation more efficient and intuitive for system integrators and users. In addition, DSP functions such as echo canceller, noise reduction, and microphone gain can be configured, and group mute control of multiple microphones is also supported.
ADECIA RM-CG Ceiling Array Microphone is selectable with Q-SYS “ACPR”.
In addition, ADECIA RM-CG Ceiling Array Microphone was selectable within Q-SYS Automatic Camera Preset Recall (ACPR) plugin where customers can use the ADECIA RM-CG as part of Q-SYS intelligent audio capabilities, without the need for additional programming.
