Yamaha Console File Converter (appearance may differ in final version)

The Yamaha Console File Converter has been announced at Inter BEE 2010, with release planned for summer 2010. The Yamaha Console File Converter application converts file formats between PM5D and M7CL as well as M7CL and LS9 console, providing unprecedented data compatibility between these consoles.

Another important announcement will be the release of M7CL firmware Version 3.5, with numerous new functions that enhance operation and efficiency once again.

Both the Yamaha Console File converter and the M7CL Version 3.5 update will be available for download from the Yamaha Pro Audio website at no charge.

November 16, 2010. Shizuoka, Japan – Initial launch of two new free releases from Yamaha – the Yamaha Console File Converter and M7CL Version 3.5 – will take place at Yamaha’s booth (Hall4 / 4312) at Inter BEE 2010, with actual release scheduled for this summer.

Inter BEE is an international showcase for professional broadcast, video, audio, and lighting equipment, as well as support software and media solutions. This year’s show will take place from November 17 to 19 at the Makuhari Messe exhibition center in Chiba, Japan.
