An Intimate Evening of Jazz at Len Wallis Audio
Len Wallis Audio, a name synonymous with quality AV products, hosted a special event celebrating ‘live music’ last Friday night (4/11/2011) in conjunction with Yamaha. The evening showcased an intimate jazz performance by Melbourne-based jazz singer, composer and pianist Sarah McKenzie playing the Modus H01 digital piano.
A Yamaha Piano Artist, Sarah impressed the audience of music devotees with original compositions and her take on some well-known jazz standards.
Among the comments after the performance – “It was special being in such an intimate setting with such a wonderful entertainer.”
Len Wallis Audio has held themed evenings for years but Sarah McKenzie’s performance marks the first of its kind in being dedicated solely to live music. Based on the success of the event, Len Wallis Audio has promised more to come in 2012 so “watch this space”.
